Through = आर-पार, जैसे train tunnel के through जाती है। Go through = शुरू से आख़िर तक, एक-एक चीज़ से गुज़रकर जाँचना; go over सिर्फ़ ऊपर से review।
Through = from one end to the other, as a train goes through a tunnel. To go through something is to pass through every part of it, from start to finish, checking each detail; go over only reviews it from the top.
Go through के बाद सीधा object; 'on' जोड़ना error है। दूसरा अर्थ झेलना भी है — object से तय कीजिए।
Go through takes a direct object, so adding 'on' (go through on the file) is the error; its second sense is to undergo or suffer, and the object decides which applies.
