The sheet is folded once, with the right half laid over the left half, and the cuts are made on the folded piece.
The zigzag cut with two triangular teeth lies along the open edge on the left, and the half-circle cut lies on the fold line on the right.
On unfolding, the zigzag is repeated on the right edge as a mirror image, and the half-circle on the fold joins with its mirror image to form a complete circle in the middle.
So the opened sheet has a zigzag on each side edge and a full circle at the centre.
Only option (b) shows this; (a) keeps a half-circle on the right edge, and (c) and (d) show diamonds, which were never cut.
