Which constitutional provision prohibits discussion in a State Legislature regarding the conduct of a Judge of the Supreme Court or a High Court in the discharge of judicial duties?

ExplanationAnswer and explanation

Answer: (A) Article 211

According to Article 211, no discussion shall take place in the Legislature of a State with respect to the conduct of any Judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court in the discharge of his duties.
For Parliament, a similar restriction is in Article 121.
A motion for the removal of a Judge is an exception to this restriction.
Article 194 relates to the powers and privileges of the Houses of the State Legislature.
