मंत्रिपरिषद (Council of Ministers) का लोकसभा के प्रति सामूहिक उत्तरदायित्व (collective responsibility) अनुच्छेद 7 (Article 7)5(3) में उल्लिखित है। इसके अनुसार मंत्रिपरिषद सामूहिक रूप से लोकसभा के प्रति उत्तरदायी होगी।
