अनुच्छेद 7 (Article 7)5(3) के अनुसार मंत्रिपरिषद (Council of Ministers) लोक सभा (House of the People) के प्रति सामूहिक रूप से उत्तरदायी (collectively responsible) होती है।
अनुच्छेद (Article) 74 — राष्ट्रपति (President) को सहायता व सलाह देने हेतु मंत्रिपरिषद।
