Answer: (C) Article 74
राष्ट्रपति (President) को सहायता और सलाह देने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री (Prime Minister) की अध्यक्षता में मंत्रिपरिषद (Council of Ministers) का प्रावधान अनुच्छेद 7 (Article 7)4 में है। अनुच्छेद (Article) 74(1) के अनुसार राष्ट्रपति मंत्रिपरिषद की सलाह के अनुसार कार्य करेगा।
42वें संशोधन (1976) ने राष्ट्रपति के लिए यह सलाह बाध्यकारी बनाई।
44वें संशोधन (1978) ने राष्ट्रपति को सलाह पर एक बार पुनर्विचार के लिए लौटाने का अधिकार दिया।
अनुच्छेद 72 क्षमादान की शक्ति (power) तथा अनुच्छेद 79 (Article 79) संसद (Parliament) के गठन से संबंधित है।
The provision for a Council of Ministers with the Prime Minister at the head to aid and advise the President is made in Article 74. According to Article 74(1), the President shall act in accordance with the advice of the Council of Ministers.
The 42nd Amendment (1976) made this advice binding on the President.
The 44th Amendment (1978) empowered the President to send the advice back for reconsideration once.
Article 72 deals with the power of pardon and Article 79 with the constitution of Parliament.
