Remember the line 'jo na de paaye instalment, wahi insolvent' (one who cannot pay the instalment is insolvent). A person who cannot pay even the instalments of his loans is INSOLVENT, bankrupt. Note the difference: a poor man simply has little money, but an insolvent man cannot repay what he has borrowed.
'Incapable of paying debts' पर Insolvent आता है। Bankrupt, broke synonym; solvent antonym।
Asked as 'incapable of paying debts'. Bankrupt and broke are synonyms; solvent is the antonym. Do not confuse it with insolent (rude, like impudent and impertinent). Note the silent 'b' in debt.
