Stretch = खींचना। काम को बिना रुके खींचे जा रहे हैं — 'एक single stretch में कर लिया'। At a stretch = लगातार, बिना रुके।
Stretch means to pull something out long. When you keep pulling a task along without stopping, you say you did it 'in a single stretch'. So 'at a stretch' means continuously, without a break.
