Conclusions:

ExplanationAnswer and explanation

Answer: (B) Only conclusion II follows

Given: Some windows are doors. No window is a cupboard. To find: which of I and II follow.
1
The middle class is windows. It is Part in the first statement and Full in "No window is a cupboard", so the statements join.
2
One statement is positive and one is negative, so the result is negative. Doors = Part (from the first statement) and cupboards = Full (from the No-statement).
3
II, "Some doors are not cupboards", needs cupboards = Full. It is, so II follows. The word "definitely" changes nothing; only the form is tested.
4
I, "No cupboard is a door", needs doors = Full, but doors is only Part. The doors that are not windows are not described at all, so I does not follow.
✓
Only conclusion II follows.
SMART APPROACH

Some + No always lands on "Some ... not". Take the Some-not conclusion and reject the "No" one.
