बनिहाल दर्रा (pass) जम्मू और कश्मीर में लघु हिमालय (Lesser Himalaya) की पीर पंजाल श्रेणी में स्थित है। जवाहर सुरंग (tunnel) और बनिहाल–काजीगुंड सड़क तथा रेल मार्ग इसी दर्रे से होकर गुजरते हैं, जो जम्मू को कश्मीर घाटी से जोड़ते हैं।
