What does the Law of Conservation of Mass state?

द्रव्यमान संरक्षण का नियम (law of conservation of mass) क्या बताता है?

Answer और ExplanationAnswer and explanation

Answer: (B) Mass can neither be created nor destroyed in a chemical reaction.

(Law of Conservation of Mass)
The Law of Conservation of Mass states that in a chemical reaction mass can neither be created nor destroyed. The total mass of the reactants before the reaction is equal to the total mass of the products after the reaction.
This law was proposed by Antoine Lavoisier around 1789.
Proust gave the Law of Constant Proportions.
The explanation of Dalton's atomic theory is based on this law.
