वेल्लोर सिपाही विद्रोह (revolt) 10 जुलाई 1806 को दक्षिण भारत के वेल्लोर (तमिलनाडु) में हुआ। यह ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी के विरुद्ध भारतीय सैनिकों का पहला प्रमुख सशस्त्र विद्रोह माना जाता है।
इसका तात्कालिक कारण सैनिकों की वेशभूषा और धार्मिक चिह्नों से जुड़े नए सैन्य नियम थे।
उस समय मद्रास के गवर्नर (governors) विलियम बेंटिंक थे।

At that time the Governor of Madras was William Bentinck.
The Revolt of 1857 took place about 50 years after it.
