Answer और ExplanationAnswer and explanation

Answer: (B) Land left uncultivated for more than five years but reclaimable for cultivation

Culturable wasteland is land that has remained uncultivated for more than five years but can be reclaimed and made fit for cultivation. It is treated as a separate category in the land-use classification.
Land left vacant for one agricultural year is called 'current fallow'.
Land left uncultivated for one to five years is called 'other/old fallow'.
Land that cannot be made fit for cultivation is 'barren and unculturable waste'.
